02 From measuring to handover
We take care of everything.
You just choose the wood.
We work directly or through our network of authorised partners, anywhere in Romania and across Europe. A single project manager guides you from the first measurement to the final hinge adjustment.

On-site measurements
For every made-to-order solid wood door, we come on site and take high-precision measurements of the door opening, the threshold and the finished floor. Together we decide the opening direction and choose the right hardware and the best sealing, thermal and acoustic insulation solutions, whether we are making interior or exterior doors.

Workshop production
We make solid wood doors to order, selecting every board individually and matching the natural grain pattern. We use CNC machinery for precise woodworking and create custom interior and exterior doors, each one keeping the unique character of the wood.

Finishing
We finish every made-to-order solid wood door with natural oils, matt or gloss lacquers and wire-brushing or fuming techniques. Professional finishes are applied in successive coats, in a climate-controlled booth, to protect the surface and bring out the texture and natural grain of the wood. Every custom wooden door keeps its authentic look, whatever the shade or finish you choose.

Delivery
We transport and deliver made-to-order solid wood doors anywhere in Romania and the European Union, with our own fleet or through logistics partners.

Installation & adjustment
We provide professional installation of solid wood doors, with our own team or through Zavorr-certified partners. We make the adjustments, check the seals and hand over every installed door ready to use, with a warranty.
